"Magic Mouth..."

Index

The Magic Mouth is an oddity, a mysterious, magical enigma. Whether controlled by one source or being, or if each are one oriface to a powerful hive-mind, or if each are individually aware and equally wise, no person can say.

All that is known is that these imparters of wisdom and guidance, posers of riddles and challenges, lie scattered across time and space, neutral or ambivalent to the happenings around them, to be encountered by passers-by, both good and evil.

Some mouths may block routes until a desired answer is given, some may teleport travelers to locations unknown, and some may simply wish to have some company for a time.
